i want to buy palla bot but i cant install it and 1 more thing 5euro is 5.95euro for me why?

something is blocking the bot, your antivirus / malware/ spyware or any related software.
disable them or add to exception
price and VAT.

i tried to turn off my antivirus , im not good at computer so i cant fix it my own is there any tutorial ?
