REFUND POLICY

If you conclude that our service does not meet your requirement, you can either contact us for a refund (if you purchased the product from our Website within the last 7 days), or follow the refund policy of the reseller from whom you purchased the software.

To arrange a refund, complete the following steps:

Step 1. Determine Eligibility

If you wish to arrange a refund for any software purchased directly from our website, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee.

Refunds are available to those customers who purchased the software within the last 7 days, as demonstrated by your proof of purchase information and if you meet requirements from Step 3. If you have this receipt, please follow the instructions in Step 2.

Step 2. E-mail Your Proof of Purchase

To claim your refund, please forward the e-mail confirmation (receipt) to kbotdarkorbit@yahoo.com

The bestbots.ro online orders are handled using Paypal and other method payments. For each purchase from the bestbots.ro website you should have received an e-mail confirmation from Paypal. Among other things, this e-mail indicates the following:

   Source of purchase (Paypal);

   Customer Number, Order Number, or Reference Number;

   Product Ordered;

   Date of Purchase;

   Price Paid.

If you are unable to locate your e-mail receipt, you must give us your contact information and other details so that we can locate your order. The information you send must include the following: your full name, estimated date of purchase, purchased product, purchase price, and reason for returning the software. We will send you an e-mail to notify you whether you are eligible for a refund based on the proof of purchase you provided and product package you returned to us (if any). If your request for a refund is confirmed, a credit will be processed to your credit card account within 2 to 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility.


Step 3. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. OR, at customer's choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered; Please be advised that temporary access to your server can be requested by our technicians in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
