palla bot wont start

Im new to this so maybe im doing something wrong? but i did follow all the instructions on tutorial. anyway i set up my setting then i start it but bot doesnt do anything and then on bottom corner it says user, ship and mini map windows must be visible but they are open so i dont see what the problem is. I tried with full screen and not full screen and still doesnt work. Please help been trying to get it to work for more than a week now.

What Windows do you use ?
It should not be fullscreen, only browser maximized and zoom 100%

I tried and still not starting. Dob bot works fine just cant get this one to work.

If Windows 10, make sure your screen scale is set to 100%

ok it was the 100% screen display had it on 150% thanks
