If you meet this error upon openning the bot or the tool, just install latest flash player version and latest updates from bot/tool.

Install the version for OPERA AND CHROMIUM (PPAPI)
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

If you still have this error, and you already have the correct flash version installed (you can see in Add/remove programs the version)
Then you need to uninstall all flash from windows, and install them back.
